At Sand Cloud, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love the ocean, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different color or size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your return within 7-10 business days.
